Privacy Policy

Effective August 23, 2026

1. What we collect

From account holders (plaintiffs and counsel): your email address and authentication data; the case information you enter (court, case number, caption, parties); the documents you upload; and your orders. Payments are processed by Stripe — card numbers never touch our systems.

From recipients of a waiver request: this is the heart of the service, so we are explicit about it. When a recipient interacts with a request — the email is delivered, the secure link is opened, documents are viewed or downloaded, the waiver is signed or declined — we record the event with its timestamp, the recipient's IP address, and device/browser information. Delivery emails may contain an open-tracking image. This information is collected solely as proof-of-service evidence for the requesting party's court record, and every recipient-facing page discloses it.

2. How we use it

To operate the service: preparing forms, delivering requests, collecting signatures, processing payments, and assembling the evidence record (the Service Engagement Report and certificate of completion) for the requesting party. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use recipient data for advertising or marketing of any kind.

3. Who receives it

The requesting party receives the engagement record for their request, and may file it with a court. Our processors receive what their role requires: Google Cloud (hosting and storage), Stripe (payment), and Postmark (email delivery). We disclose information if required by law or court order.

4. Retention and integrity

Because the record exists to be evidence, events are written to an append-only, tamper-evident log and retained in line with the litigation purpose they serve; executed waivers and their certificates are retained as court documents. Secure link tokens expire and are purged on a schedule after expiry.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud; court-document storage uses customer-managed encryption keys and versioning; access is limited to per-service identities. Secure links are unguessable, expiring, and revocable, and only their hashes are stored.

6. Your choices and rights

Account holders can review their cases and orders in the dashboard and may contact us to close an account. Recipients may request a copy of the interaction data recorded about them. Note that information which has become part of a service record — including an executed waiver — cannot be altered or deleted, precisely because its integrity is what makes it useful to a court. 7. Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
